Before work, oil should be filled in strictly in accordance with the lubrication regulations, and the amount of oil should be kept appropriate, the oil circuit is smooth, the oil mark (window) is eye-catching, and the oil cup, oil line, linoleum, etc. are clean. 3. Check whether all parts are in good condition and run dry for about 10 minutes. Confirm that all parts are operating normally before starting work. If any abnormal operation, abnormal noise or excessive temperature rise is found during work, stop the machine and eliminate it. 4. The tool should be installed correctly and reliably. The extended part should not be too long. The gaskets should be straight and the same size. Generally, there should be no more than two pieces. It is prohibited to use pure tools for cutting. 5. Cutting of various systems, valves, cylinder pipelines, etc. of the hydraulic system must be confirmed after inspection and test run. 6. No tools, fixtures or sundries should be placed on the lathe.
