Once the limit speed of the machine tool spindle is exceeded, some small problems that originally existed in the machine tool sometimes become extremely serious problems. When using a vertical lathe for metal cutting, the spindle speed has a significant impact on the processing process. In the low speed or common speed range of the spindle, it has little impact on its processing quality.

Between cutting speed and processing quality, the selection of various cutting parameters will follow the rules revealed by cutting theory. Processing beyond the limit value or at a higher spindle speed will cause an increase in cutting temperature, greater centrifugal force on the workpiece, and may also cause vibration of the machine tool. The higher the spindle speed, the greater the force (centrifugal force) generated from the rotating shaft that pulls the parts outward. Especially in finishing, the centrifugal force has a greater impact on the spindle bearings.

When using the CNC vertical lathe on a daily basis, you must not connect the transmission box of the CNC vertical lathe and the sealing area of ​​the valve shaft so that there is leakage. If the CNC vertical lathe leaks, we must ensure that the CNC vertical lathe leaks and have very reliable leakage prevention measures. There should be no debris inside the CNC vertical lathe box, and corresponding lubrication and protection measures must be taken where the CNC vertical lathe gears engage. We need to close the valve of the mechanism clockwise. The CNC vertical lathe should not be opened and closed too many times. In order to facilitate our operation, our opening and closing torque should be 240N-m.
