    The power chuck is a key component of the machine tool. It is used to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate at high speed to achieve the purpose of surface processing. Existing power chucks are all powered by pneumatics to drive the jaws to clamp or loosen the workpiece. The power chuck structure includes a chuck housing, bottom covers and movable jaw bottom covers respectively located at both ends of the chuck housing, jaws installed on the movable jaw bottom cover, a cylinder bottom cover and a piston in the chuck housing. The piston divides the space between the bottom covers into one and two cylinders, which are connected to the first and second air inlet pipes respectively. During operation, the jaws can be opened or clamped by controlling the air inlets of the first and second air inlet pipes. The clamping force of the jaws is directly related to the air pressure. Although the clamping force of the jaws can be increased by changing the inclination angle of the piston wedge, this can only be achieved by increasing the stroke of the piston.
