Power chuck is a fixture used to clamp workpieces in the field of machining, including hollow power chucks and medium-solid power chucks. There is a through hole in the middle of the hollow power chuck, and the matching power source such as a hydraulic cylinder is also hollow. The workpiece can pass through the front end of the hollow power chuck, while the middle part of the medium-solid power chuck and its matching cylinder are solid and are mainly used for processing disc-type workpieces. The medium solid power chuck is connected to the oil cylinder installed at the rear end of the machine tool's rotating shaft through a tie rod. During the workpiece cutting process, the medium-solid power chuck, the tie rod and the power source rotate at high speed together with the machine spindle. Because the existing medium-solid power chuck is large in size, heavy in mass, and has large inertia when running at high speed, it increases the load on the machine tool spindle, resulting in poor operating stability of the machine tool spindle. In addition, existing power chucks also have problems such as high friction on the mating surface, low mating accuracy, no dust-proof function, and inconvenient assembly.

In view of the above shortcomings in the existing technology, technicians provide a Zhongshi power chuck, which mainly solves the technical problem of poor operation stability of the machine tool spindle caused by the inertia of the Zhongshi power chuck during high-speed operation. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, flexible movement, and stable operation, thereby greatly reducing the load on the machine tool spindle and improving the operation stability of the machine tool spindle. It is suitable for disc processing CNC machine tools. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution adopted by Zhongshi power chuck is: a Zhongshi power chuck, including a disk body, a transition disk, a blocking cover, a wedge core sleeve, a sliding seat and a jaw. The transition disk is connected to the front end of the disk body through hexagonal socket head screws. The block and the sliding seat are fixedly connected into one body through hexagonal socket screws. The front end of the blocking cover protrudes to form a cylinder that matches the limit of the wedge sleeve. The sealing plug is stuck in the cylinder. The wedge sleeve is threaded with the connecting sleeve and fixed with a pin. The internal thread of the connecting sleeve is connected with a connecting screw. The front end of the connecting screw is threaded with the connecting nut and fixed with a pin. The front end of the connecting sleeve is provided with a blind hole, and a spring is installed in the blind hole. There is an oil cup on the sliding seat, and the lower end of the oil cup communicates with the matching wedge surface of the sliding seat through the wedge core sleeve. The limit screw is threadedly connected to the plate body, and the sliding seat is provided with a limit groove that matches the limit screw. There is a sealing ring between the sealing plug at the front end of the cap and the inner wall of the cylinder.

After adopting the above technical solution, compared with the existing technology, the advantages of the above-mentioned Zhongshi power chuck are: the disc body, wedge core sleeve and sliding seat are assembled together through matching size relationships. The wedge core sleeve can move forward and backward. The oil cylinder and the tie rod drive the connecting screw to move forward and backward, so that the wedge core sleeve and the wedge surface of the slide seat match, pushing the jaws to clamp and loosen the workpiece. The Zhongshi power chuck and cylinder rotate together with the tie rod and spindle of the machine to achieve workpiece cutting. This medium-sized power chuck has the advantages of small size, flexible movement, stable operation, high rotation speed, and does not pollute the environment. It is an ideal fixture device for CNC lathes and automatic lathes, which can improve processing efficiency and reduce physical labor.
