The product has a lifetime warranty from the date of shipment. If the product is not operated according to the regulations or is damaged due to equipment failure due to external factors, the product will not enjoy free warranty treatment.

When it is confirmed that equipment failure requires on-site repair, after-sales service personnel will arrive at the site within 48 hours and perform repairs. In case of special circumstances or long distance from our company, we must arrive at the site for repair within the time agreed with the user.

For each repair of the product outside the warranty period, if spare parts need to be replaced, our company only charges the basic cost. If the product needs to be returned to the factory for repair, the freight will be borne by the user.
