CNC vertical composite grinding machine for inner bores, end faces and external diameter
VM, VHM, DVM series high-precision CNC vertical composite grinding machines are vertical composite grinding machines with full closed-loop digital control independently designed and developed by the Company. The grinding machines have a vertical layout and double-column structure. High-precision liquid hydrostatic rotary table is air-tight and wear-free and may realize longer service life and accuracy retention time.
Reasonable and compact structural design; the workpiece can be clamped once to complete the multi-process grinding processing of the inner hole. outer circle and step surface, to ensure that the parts of the higher requirements for positional accuracy; widely used in bearings, wind power, construction machinery, valves, automotive and other industries.
Vertical Single-Spindle Compound Grinding Machine
It can be equipped with a grinding wheel library for the automatic interchange of up to six wheels, and its grinding spindle can be set at a fixed 22.5-degree tilt or swiveled arbitrarily within a range of 0 to 45 degrees.
The horizontal spindle is primarily designed for grinding large workpiece faces and end grooves, while the vertical spindle can be configured in either a fixed setup or with an integrated grinding wheel library.
- Suitable for inner and outer diameter and end face grinding of heavy-duty, non-circular workpieces.
- Heavy workpieces can be fixed on the fixture by hanging.
- Free combination of single spindle, double spindle, tool changer or no tool changer.
- Easy clamping operation may significantly reduce the preparation time for loading, unloading, alignment etc.
- No need of setting the processing site, automatic compensation of workpiece size, automatic compensation calculation of grinding wheel position compensation.
- Double spindle models can be provided with high and low speed grinding wheels, or one vertical and one horizontal spindles.
Feature description
- This machine tool adopts Siemens 828D CNC system, which can realize multi-axis servo control.
- To meet the processing requirements, automatic and manual (electronic handwheel) control can be carried out for each processing element of the parts.
- Fully enclosed protection may offer excellent operability, maintainability and safety.

This data was obtained in accordance with the measurement method specified by international standard ISO 230/2 (1988). The machine tool was set up based on the manufacturer's specified measurement procedure and operated in an ambient temperature of 22°C ±1°C.

The maximum grinding wheel diameter that can be accommodated in the ATC unit is φ 255 mm (φ 305 mm*). However, the adjoining tool is limited to A 180 mm.
Control panel interface
The control panel adopts Siemens system and is equipped with a 15.6-inch touch screen. The touch screen-style dialog box can simplify the operating system. Just input parameters and the program can automatically calculate the grinding wheel cross-section data, generate the program with one click, automatically calculate the processing path, and automatically dress the grinding wheel. This system can be visualized through the control panel, making our operation simpler and more convenient.
