1. Larger static clamping force
1. The clamping force will vary depending on the type of oil used, the height of the upper claw and other conditions. The standard values we list in the specification sheets are based on the following conditions.
2. Use standard soft claws imported from Taiwan, China, and when measuring the clamping force, use a clamping force tester placed in the middle of the height of the soft claws.
3. Use chuck lubricant or molybdenum disulfide lubricant.
4. When installing the upper claw, the tightening torque of the screw must be tightened according to the standard torque.
5. The allowable pulling force is the maximum allowable pulling force of the pull plate.
6. When using a hydraulic station, the oil pressure outflow must be at least 20L/min, and the oil pressure must be controlled separately by the controller or pressure reducing valve of the hydraulic station.

2. Higher number of revolutions
The standard for determining the higher number of rotations of the chuck is: when the dynamic clamping force (the clamping force during rotation) drops to 1/3 times the actual measured value of the static clamping force.
