KTJ back-pull rubber simple clamp chuck (positioning type)

The through/stop type chuck has a pull-back action. When the stopper is installed, it is absolutely positioned on the block for axial positioning. Because the collet is pulled back, it fully fits the chuck body and is firmly against the stop device, forming a stable and firm clamping force. If shorter workpieces are clamped, the clamping force has the same efficiency. Remove the blocking block to use it as a through hole.
Using a segmented collet, the tapered surface of the clamp completely fits the collet body, thus forming a combined solid clamp, which greatly improves processing rigidity, mechanical stability, and clamping accuracy.
Suitable for CNC lathes, special machines, or other turning machines for bar or mandrel processing.
