KZJ back-pull rubber expansion chuck (blind hole type)

The KZJ-type internal expansion chuck has a pull-back action. When the stopper is installed, it is absolutely positioned on the stopper for axial positioning. Because the collet is pulled back, it fully fits the chuck body and is fixed against the stop device, forming a stable and firm clamping force. If shorter workpieces are clamped, the clamping force has the same efficiency.
Using a segmented collet, the tapered surface of the collet completely fits the chuck body, thus forming a combined solid fixture, which greatly improves processing rigidity, mechanical stability, and clamping accuracy.
It is suitable for use with CNC lathes, special machines, or other turning machinery. It is mainly used for turning, grinding, milling and other processing.
High concentricity and repeatability within 0.01mm.
An air tightness detection device can be installed.
Suitable for blind hole clamping.
