The outer chuck can be provided with corresponding transmission slots and release slots. The outer chuck can be provided with a boss, and the inner chuck can be provided with a groove that matches the boss. The positioning mechanism can be a positioning spring set on the outer chuck.
The hydraulic chuck is set at the drill pipe connecting end of the spindle. The reduction transmission mechanism is a first-stage helical gear reduction transmission mechanism. It has a compact structure and can effectively reduce the size and weight of the power head. In further technical planning, the motor uses an inclined-axis plunger variable motor. By adjusting the displacement of the variable motor, stepless speed regulation can be achieved; the power chuck uses a normally closed type. The hydraulic chuck is also designed with a double-stage sealing structure, which can effectively install the sliding seat in the dust-proof groove. Use the claw installation screws to install the T-shaped block and claws on the sliding seat. The piston is installed in the chuck body and connected with the wedge sleeve. A gas distribution ring is installed at the rear of the chuck body. The gas distribution ring and the chuck body are sealed by a sealing ring. The first pipe joint and the second pipe joint are installed on the upper part of the gas distribution ring.
The safety chuck wedge sleeve is provided with a chute. The principle of disc clamping workpieces is to use the chuck wrench to rotate any of the three bevel teeth on the circumference. This drives the plane thread to rotate and drives the three claws to move together, which plays a role in self-centering the workpiece. From a mechanical structure point of view, the three bevel teeth of the chuck have the same function.
